Privacy Policy

• Account details you provide: email address and the role you select at sign-in.
• Property information you enter: addresses, financials, taxes, documents, insurance, and maintenance records.
• Images and files you choose to upload to your properties.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (device type, approximate timezone) to keep the app running.

We use the information you provide to render your dashboards, calculate projections, generate reminders, and power the built-in assistant when you use it. We do not sell your data.

Property data is stored inside your browser and, when you are signed in, inside our managed backend so you can access it from other devices. Uploaded images are stored the same way.

We share information only with the service providers that host our infrastructure, authentication and AI features. We do not share your property data with advertisers.

You can edit or delete any property, document, or record at any time from the app. You can also sign out and clear your session from the sidebar. To request full account deletion, emailprivacy@mypropto.com.

MyPropto is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you inside the app.
