You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use the Service to store unlawful, harmful, or misleading information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exceed the intended scope of the Service.

You keep all rights to the property data, documents, and images you enter. You grant MyPropto a limited license to store, display, and process that content only to operate the Service for you.

MyPropto helps you organize your portfolio and shows illustrative projections and comparisons. It is not a licensed financial, legal, or tax advisor. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.

The app may surface third-party promotions (for example, insurance or lending offers). These are provided for convenience only. MyPropto does not endorse or guarantee any third-party product and is not a party to any agreement you enter with a third party.

Paid plans, when available, are billed as described at checkout. Free plans may include promotional or sponsored content. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPropto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
